Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy explains how the operator of Topview T1 at topview-t1.net ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit the website, use its services, or contact us. The operator is the data controller for the processing described here and can be reached at [email protected]. This policy covers our independent website, not the separate websites operated by model providers.
Information We Collect
- Account and contact details: email address, account identifiers, and profile details supplied when you sign in, including information returned by your chosen sign-in provider.
- Creative content: prompts and any images, video, audio, or other reference files you submit through supported features, together with the resulting generation requests.
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, pages visited, interactions, and technical errors collected through website requests and analytics.
- Transaction records: purchases, credit activity, payment status, and information needed to identify an order. Stripe collects payment-card details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Support correspondence: the messages and attachments you choose to send us.
These categories come from you, your use of the website, and the sign-in or payment providers you use. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or support messages unless it is necessary for your request.
How We Use Information
We use account details and generation inputs to provide the service you request, and transaction records to administer purchases and credits. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
We handle support requests, investigate errors, and protect accounts against misuse for our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable, secure service, subject to your rights. We keep records needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations on that basis. Where required, optional tracking relies on consent, which you may withdraw without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providing information is generally voluntary, but we may be unable to complete a generation, purchase, or support request without the information needed for it. AI generation processes your creative instructions; its purpose is to produce content, not to make decisions about your employment, creditworthiness, or other legal entitlements.
AI Content Processing
Your prompts, uploads, and generation history are private to your account. We process your inputs to provide your requested generation. Your account content is kept separate from other users' accounts and is not visible to them in the service. Your content is not used to train AI models.
Generating a video requires sending relevant inputs to AI processing providers. This necessary processing does not make your content visible to other users in the service. Account, payment, and support records follow the retention rules below. Keep your own copy of any output you wish to retain.
Service Providers and Disclosures
We disclose information needed to operate the service to these categories of providers:
- AI processing providers receive the inputs needed to generate your requested content.
- Hosting, storage, and security providers support website delivery and protect the service.
- Sign-in providers support account authentication, and Stripe processes payments and related fraud checks.
- Analytics tools, including Google Analytics and, where enabled, Umami or Microsoft Clarity, help us understand website use and diagnose usability problems. Depending on the tool, this can include page activity, interaction events, and session interaction recordings.
Providers handle information for their respective functions; some, such as payment providers, also have independent legal responsibilities. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, preferences, security, and payment functions. Optional analytics technologies help us understand how people use the website. They may collect device and interaction information, as described above. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use any privacy controls provided on the website. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or checkout. Where consent is legally required for optional tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking occurs. Contact us if you need help identifying the available controls or exercising an applicable tracking opt-out right.
Security and Retention
We use HTTPS to protect data in transit and reasonable access safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Generation inputs and results are associated with your account and kept separate from other users' accounts. Account information is retained to maintain your account and handle closure requests. Transaction records are kept for applicable tax, accounting, and payment-dispute requirements. Support correspondence is kept while addressing your request and any related follow-up. Technical records are retained for security investigations and troubleshooting as needed for those purposes. We delete or anonymize information when its purpose and applicable retention obligations end.
These records have different retention needs; deleting a generation input does not erase an invoice or a message you separately sent to support. You may ask us about a particular category or request deletion using the email below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have the following rights:
- EU/EEA and UK: access, correct, or request deletion of your data; request a portable copy where applicable; restrict processing or object to it; and withdraw consent. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
- California: request information about the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of your personal information; request access, correction, or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable. Exercising a right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Email [email protected] with the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your request against account information or ask for information proportionate to the request. An authorized agent may act for you where permitted, with evidence of authority as required. Please do not send a password or full payment-card number.
For applicable GDPR requests, we respond without undue delay, normally within one month. For applicable California access, correction, or deletion requests, the usual response period is 45 calendar days. Where an extension is legally allowed, we explain the reason and revised timing. Sale or advertising-sharing opt-outs follow their own applicable deadlines; they are not subject to the general 45-day response period.
We do not sell personal information. You may also contact us to exercise an applicable right to opt out of advertising-related sharing, including through a recognized opt-out preference signal where the law requires it. Necessary processing to fulfill your request or meet legal obligations may continue.
Children, International Transfers, and Updates
Children. Topview T1 is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required in their region. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
International processing. Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, transfers must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Policy updates. We will revise the date above when this policy changes and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes to the purposes for which we use information will be explained before the new processing begins. For questions about this policy or a request already submitted, use [email protected].
