Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Topview T1 at topview-t1.net and the services available through it (the "Service"). "We," "us," and "our" refer to this website's operator. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The Service and Your Access

Topview T1 is the name used by this independent website, which focuses on AI video creation. Generation features process the prompts and supported reference materials you submit using the models available in the Service. The available controls determine the options for a particular request; no specific duration, resolution, generation time, or result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable offer.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Topview or any model provider. These Terms apply to topview-t1.net, not to an account or purchase on a provider's separate website.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes under these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, meet applicable age requirements, and protect your account credentials. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to:

• •Break the law or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• •Create sexually exploitative material, content exploiting children, unlawful threats, or targeted harassment.
• •Impersonate another person without authorization, create non-consensual intimate content, or mislead people about someone's identity or actions.
• •Upload malicious files, bypass access or safety controls, or interfere with other users.
• •Scrape, overload, or abuse the Service through unauthorized automation, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits this.

You are responsible for your inputs and how you use generated content. We may restrict access when necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

Your Content and Generated Videos

You retain ownership of the images, text, and other material you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process that material and deliver the service you request, including through processing providers. This permission does not authorize using your content to train AI models.

As between you and us, you may use the generated videos for lawful personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any model-specific conditions clearly disclosed before use. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. This does not guarantee that an AI output qualifies for copyright, is exclusive to you, or is free from another person's rights.

Obtain the permissions needed for any reference material or recognizable person, and review output before publishing it. Our Privacy Policy explains private access to your account content, isolation between users' accounts, and the handling of account and transaction records. Download and keep your own copies of results you wish to retain.

Platform Intellectual Property

The website's software, design, and other platform materials belong to us or our licensors. Model-provider names, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the Service does not transfer ownership of these materials or give you permission to suggest an endorsement by their owners.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Prices, included credits, billing cycles, renewal conditions, and any applicable refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. Review them before paying. Stripe processes payments; applicable taxes may also be payable. If you authorize a recurring subscription, its renewal follows the billing cycle disclosed at checkout until canceled under the applicable cancellation process.

The following credit rules apply:

• •Subscription credits that have an expiry are valid for six calendar months from each grant's issuance or scheduled activation.
• •Annual plans that issue credits monthly retain that monthly schedule. Plans that issue credits upfront retain their existing issuance schedule.
• •Canceling renewal does not shorten the validity of credits already issued.
• •Credit packs and other permanent credit balances do not expire.

Canceling a renewal and requesting a refund are different actions. Refund requests are handled under the terms disclosed when you purchased and any mandatory consumer rights. We do not exclude a refund or other remedy required by law. For a billing error, cancellation difficulty, or refund request, email [email protected] with your account email and order reference. Do not send full card details.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output may contain errors, visual inconsistencies, or material that raises third-party rights issues. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or a particular commercial outcome. You must assess results before relying on or publishing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding that claim.

These limitations apply only where legally enforceable. They do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Suspension and Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or a material security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure or deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

If you have a recurring subscription, also request or complete cancellation of renewal; simply ceasing to use the website does not cancel billing. Account closure and data deletion remain subject to records we must retain for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. Any refunds or other remedies on termination remain subject to applicable law.

Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's place of business, without overriding mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction where the law provides them. We do not require you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel, with any notice or consent required by law. Continued use after a change takes effect is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
